Live Shellfish (Mussels, Clams, Oysters, etc.): Store in an open container in the refrigerator. Place a damp towel on top to maintain humidity. Never store shellfish in fresh water.
Fresh Seafood: Good quality fresh fish can be stored comfortably in the fridge for up to 3 days – ideally store in an air-tight container
Frozen Seafood: Can be stored for up to 1 month in a standard domestic freezer
Smoked Fish: Store in the fridge and use within the use by date shown on the product
