Where do we deliver to?
We use our own vehicles to deliver in the local area. Postcode areas covered: BN1, BN2, BN3, BN5, BN6, BN7, BN8, BN9, BN10, BN11, BN12, BN13, BN14, BN15, BN16, BN41, BN42, BN43, BN44, BN45, RH13, RH14, RH15, RH16, RH17, RH20
We also use a courier service to provide nationwide deliveries.
When do we deliver?
If you fall within the local area we deliver Wednesday to Saturday. If no one is at home, we will leave the goods as secure as possible and out of direct sunlight. Not going to be in? Our Insulated Delivery Box (£4.99) will keep your good chilled for up to 12 hours.
If you are outside our local area we will send your products via courier on a next day service, which runs Wednesday – Friday. The courier will email and/or text you to confirm an expected delivery time.
What is the cost of delivery?
It is free delivery for local postcodes in our own vehicles. There is a small courier charge for all other areas of the UK of £7.99
Is there a minimum order for delivery?
Yes, the minimum order for delivery is £30
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you must call us on 01273 414707 with 24 hours of purchase to ensure we can refund or replace your product.
