Frozen Fish and Seafood

In order to take full advantage of our local seasons, we freeze species such as bass, dover sole, scallops, cuttlefish and squid when they are in their best condition.

Within our freezers you will find frozen local skinned dover sole fillets, prepared on site and frozen onto trays, bass fillets presented in the same way and we stock locally caught scallops, cut and frozen into convenient size portions.

Our large freezers also hold a wide variety of prawns, crevettes, langoustines, mussels, crab meat, sardines, white bait, scampi, squid and local whelk meat.
