COCONUT,LIME AND GINGER.This is a super marinade to add a 'chinese twist' to salmon or raw prawns.

GREEN BASIL SAUCE is lovely served with a delicate fillet of brill.

The LEMON AND DILL sauce perfectly compliments all of the white fish. This is best served warmed.

A favourite, PINEAPPLE AND RED CHILLI Sauce is delicious served with salmon. It adds an extra dimension to the fish and the chilli gives a real kick!

The ROASTED RED PEPPER sauce is delicious warmed, accompanying a cod fillet.

WASABI AND GREEN PEPPER sauce! Great with crab, and all shellfish. Mix with creme fraiche for a lighter option.

The WASABI AND LIME is a light tasting sauce which gives a kick to all seafood. Especially mackerel

Now PEPPERED STEAK SAUCE! Absolutely lovely with sardines! Really enhances the flavour and makes for an impressive meal.
