The BEECH SMOKED MACKEREL that we have in tins are award winningly beautiful. Hand-packed in olive oil, eaten cold from the tin these slightly peppery smoked fish are wonderful alone or served with rice.

 

Also, the hand-sliced CHORIZO made from the Iberian acorn-fed pigs give a succulent smoked flavour.

 

From a small producer in Galicia, are the mild and spicy CHORIZO SAUSAGES which have been smoked over an oak fire. Delicious.
