Meet the team behind Fish

Below is just a small selection of some of the team that get you your fresh fish and seafood.

Paul: Paul is from a fish family. His mum, Mary, had the first shop on the current BNFS/Fish site which was opened some 18 years ago.
Colin: Colin has many years experience of woring in wet fish shops. In his spare time he enjoys taking his grandson fishing.
Jo: Jo originally trained as a chef and has experience of working in restaurants around Brighton and Hove that we supply the fresh and frozen fish and seafood products too.

Andy: Andy can often be seen filleting and preparing the fish in the back of the shop. He has worked for the fish market for several years.
Jane: Jane can either be found serving in the shop or on one of the vans helping with the local restaurants, hotel and shop deliveries.
Jodie: Jodie is also currently at college and will only be seen in the shop on a Saturday.
